超声小探头联合内镜下黏膜切除术诊治胃肠道类癌效果观察

摘　　要：为了研究超声小探头对胃肠道类癌的诊断价值,观察内镜下黏膜切除术治疗胃肠道类癌的效果,应用超声小探头对胃肠道黏膜下隆起性病灶进行超声检查,对诊断胃肠道类癌11例患者应用内镜下黏膜切除术切除后送病理。11例胃肠道类癌全部得到病理确诊。胃肠道类癌超声下表现为黏膜下层的边界清晰、回声欠均匀的低回声肿块。全部类癌病例行内镜黏膜下切除无一例出现出血和穿孔,切除标本边缘和基底无肿瘤累及。初步研究结果提示,超声小探头可明确胃肠道类癌的大小、边界、有无肌层和周围血管浸润,指导内镜下治疗;内镜下黏膜切除术治疗直肠类癌疗效确切。The objective of this study was to evaluate the value of endoscopic ultrasonography miniature probe （UMP） and endoscopic mueosal resection （EMR） in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal careinoid, UMP was performed in gastrointestinal elevated lesions that had normal mueosal appearence. Eleven eases diagnosed as gastrointestinal carcinoids were resected by using EMR. All 11 eases were confirmed by pathology. Through UMP gastrointestinal careinoid are presented as submucosal hypoechoie masses with hemogenous echo and distant border. Complete resection was achieved with no bleeding and perforation. No tumor residued at the border or base of the resected specimens. The results show that UMP can provide precise information of gastrointestinal carcinoid, and therapeutic result of EMR for gastrointestinal careinoids is definite.
