摘  要:目的了解无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠的生长、繁殖性能;测定无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠主要脏器重量以及血液生理、生化正常值并进行分析比较。方法①统计无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠的1~3胎的繁殖指标数据,包括:平均每胎产子数、离乳率、怀孕率、胎间隔和生产指数;②分别称取60只(雌雄各半)0~112 d的无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠体重,绘制其生长曲线;③随机抽取28、56、112日龄的C3H/OrlSlac小鼠60只(雌雄各半),活体称重,依次剖取心、肝等主要脏器称重;④小鼠眼眶采血,测定其血常规和生化值。结果无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠的平均胎间隔为(27.7±3.5)d,平均产子数为(6.0±1.3)只,平均怀孕率为(98.1±4.7)%,平均离乳率为(95.2±3.2)%,平均生产指数为(5.3±0.8)。1~3胎间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠的体重随着日龄的增长而逐渐增加,断奶后1~2周内增重最为迅速,6周后的体重雌雄间出现明显的差异(P<0.05)。主要脏器(心、肝、脾、肺、脑等)重量随年龄增大均逐渐增加,而胸腺随着日龄的增大而逐渐萎缩,其重量迅速减轻。无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠的血常规除56日龄的雌雄间无差异外,同一日龄的雌雄间血常规和生化值差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论无菌C3H/OrlSlac小鼠体重和主要脏器重量的数据可反映其结构变化以及生理功能状态;性别和年龄都会影响无菌级C3H/OrlSlac小鼠的血液和生化值指标。Objective To determine the growth rate,reproductive performance,blood physiological and biochemical parameters of germ free C3H /OrlSlac mice at different ages.Methods(1)To analyze the data of reproductive performance of C3H /OrlSlac mice from 1st to 3rd generation,including mean litter size,weaning rate,pregnancy rate,generation interval and productivity index.(2) To analyze the growth rate of the mice by measurement of the body size and weight at different a-ges(from 0 to120 days;n = 60;30♀,30♂).(3) To determine the growth of these mice by measurement of the major or-gan size and weight at different ages(day = 28,56,112;n = 60;30♀,30♂).(4) To collect blood samples from the infraorbital vessels and determine the blood physiological and biochemical parameters in the mice.Results(1) There was no significant difference among the three generations of these mice(P〈0.05).(2) The growth rate of the mice was maximal within 1-2 weeks post-weaning and the body weigh had a significant difference between males and females at 6 weeks post-weaning(P〈0.05).(3) The growth of all the major organs(heart,liver,spleen,lung and brain) were following the age.
