摘 要:讨论了永磁同步电机主轴伺服系统的工作特性,并对不同形式转子结构的弱磁能力、抗不可逆去磁能力等问题进行了深入分析和研究。分析了电机关键参数Xd、Xq 和E0 对系统运行性能的影响。建立了电机数学模型,提出了相应的最优控制策略。同时,阐述了永磁同步主轴电机弱磁转子结构选择和电磁方案设计原则。实际样机的实验结果验证了所提出的设计原则和方法的正确性和可行性。According to characteristices of spindle permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and its control system, this thesis describes the special operting requirements of the direct-drived servo system. At same time, the flex-weakening, anti-nonrecovering demagnetization, technological performances of several rotor structures are studied comprehensively. Futhermor the relationship of Xd, Xq and E0 with constant-torque and contant-power operation are analyzed. A mathematical modle of PMSM is built and an optimum control strategy is put forward. In addition this paper presents the adoption of flux-weakening rotor structure, some eletromagnetic design principle and concrete method of the direct-drived spindle system. The prototype experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed design method. The conclusions are of universal guiding significance for the direct-drived spindle PMSM and the control system.
