摘　　要：医疗质量管理是医院各项管理工作的核心,是医院的生命线。在现代医院突飞猛进和社会医疗保障体制改革的今天,人们对医院的质量管理的优劣,高度的关注。分析当前医疗质量管理面临的形势和存在的问题,从考评指标体系、医疗管理制度及医保制度引入后带来的新问题进行详细的分析与探讨,提出当前加强医疗质量管理的具体措施。Medical quality management is the key to management works and the lifeline to a hospital.People concern about good and bad of quality management of hospital at the current situation of rapid development of modern hospital and mechanism reform of social medical insurance.This paper analyses and explores frontaged-situation and existing-problem of current medical quality management,examination index system,medical management system and medical insurance system,putting forward concrete countermeasures for strengthening medical quality management.
