145例重型颅脑损伤患者的急救护理

摘　　要：目的总结145例重型颅脑损伤患者的急救护理经验。方法回顾性分析本院2008年1月-2010年12月急诊科收治的145例重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,并总结急救护理要点。结果 89例患者经急诊救治实施手术治疗,54例患者转入病房继续治疗,死亡2例,抢救成功率98.6。结论重型颅脑损伤患者发病急,病情危重,迅速正确判断病情及实施快速有效的急救措施是抢救成功的关键。Objective To summarize the emergency care experience of 145 patients with severe head injury.Method The clinical data of 145 patients with severe head injury in our emergency department from January 2008 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and the emergency care experience was summarized.Results 89 patients were treated by the emergency surgery,54 patients were transferred to wards to continue treatment,and 2 patients died.The survival rate was 98.6%.Conclusions The condition of patients with severe head injury is urgent and serious.The key to successful treatment is to determine the condition quickly and to enforce the quick and effective first aid.
