肝细胞癌 P16 基因的纯合性缺失及其临床意义

摘　　要：①目的　探讨肝细胞癌（ Ｈ Ｃ Ｃ）组织中 Ｐ１６ 基因的缺失及其临床意义。②方法　应用聚合酶链反应和单链构象多态技术银染法，检测２１ 例 Ｈ Ｃ Ｃ的癌组织、癌旁组织和外周血标本 Ｐ１６ 基因的缺失情况。③结果　２１ 例 Ｈ Ｃ Ｃ 中癌组织 Ｐ１６ 基因纯合性缺失 ３ 例，且均为高分化 Ｈ Ｃ Ｃ；癌旁组织和外周血均无 Ｐ１６ 基因的缺失。④结论 Ｈ Ｃ Ｃ组织中存在 Ｐ１６ 基因的纯合性缺失，而且其缺失与高分化有关。Objective\ To detect the deletion of P16 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). \ Methods\ PCR SSCP was used to detect the deletion of P16 gene in DNA extracted from liver cancer tissues, cancer adjacent liver tissuses and peripheral blood of 21 cases of HCC.\ Results\ Of 21 cases of HCC, 3 cases of cancer tissues were the homozygous deletion of P16 gene and the well differentiated HCC. No deletion was found in all samples of cancer adjacent liver tissues and peripheral blood.\ Conclusion\ The homozygous deletion of the P16 gene is present in HCC and associated with well differentiated HCC.\;
