摘  要:执业医师资格考试通过率在一定程度上可反映医学教育质量。第三军医大学等军队院校的执业医师资格考试通过率均低于全国水平。从而提出在医学课程设置、教学方式、管理模式和毕业后教育等方面均应与执业医师资格考试接轨的构想,使培养的学生既适应社会对医学人才的综合要求,同时也满足军队的特殊需要。The result of medical licensing examination is an objective reflection of the quality of medical education. The average scores and pass rates of medical licensing examination of the military medical university including The Third Military Medical University, were under the national average levels, which made us find the problems, therefore, reflection on curriculum structure, teaching method, administration mode and continuing education should be integrated to the requirement of the medical licensing examination, so as to let the students meet the complex demand of the society, as well as the special requirement of military service.
