摘　　要：回顾目前近5年我国医生的心理状况实证性研究,以了解医生的心理健康,通过CNKI、维普、万方数据库进行文献检索,得到30篇文献,9篇符合纳入条件,采用Meta统计方法分析数据。结果显示,近5年我国医生的心理健康水平普遍低于全国常模,SCL-90症状自测量表中有8项高于普通成年人,其中以焦虑和偏执郁最为严重,其次为抑郁,强迫,唯独人际关系敏感这一项没有受到影响。提示我国医生的心理健康水平普遍不佳,需要家庭、医院、社会的关注。To provide the status of Chinese Physicians＂ mental health ,a meta analysis has been done about the researches in 5 years（2005--2010）. Literature research through Chinese network database（CNKI, Weipu, Wanfang） , and 30 literatures were obtained. 9 articles were included and analyzed by Meta analysis method . The index of SCL--90 in Chinese Physicians significantly higher than ordinary adults in recent 5 years, especially in anxiety and paranoia factor. Therefore,physician＇s mental health was in poor condition these years and need positive regards by families,hospitals, and our society.
