摘　　要：邓小平新社会主义观的形成过程是一个复杂的系统转化过程,这种转化包括要素转化、结构转化、功能转化、以及环境关联性转化等环节构成,并最终把社会主义的认识提高到一个新的科学水平,成为指导中国特色社会主义建设的理论武器。Deng Xiaoping＇s outlook of the formation of a new socialist is a complex transformation process which includes the elements-transformation,organization-transformation,function-transformation and transformation of environmental relevance.etc.The understanding to socialism is ultimately been improving to a new scientific level and becomes the guiding theory weapon of building Chinese characteristics socialism
