用系统思维构建职业教育的实践教学体系

摘　　要：体系是系统与环境的综合或总和,体系内包含着系统,体系是松散的系统,系统是密集的体系.从系统思维分析,职业教育包括互相结合的理论教学和实践教学两种体系.实践教学由纵向实体机构性的教学质量保证支撑体系、教学目标标准驱动体系和实践教学操作实施系统,与横向要素功用性的教学理念体系、教学活动体系、资源构成体系(即教学指向体系、教学活动体系和教学载体体系),纵横交叉的亚体系网络构成。这些亚体系与内部结构是保证教学运行和质量的前提。The system is an integrated system and the environment,or the sum,the system contains a system,the system is loose system,the system is a dense system.From the analysis of systems thinking,vocational education,including the theory of integrating two systems of teaching and practice of teaching.practice teaching by the vertical solid institutional support system of teaching quality assurance,standards-driven system of teaching objectives and operational implementation of the system of teaching practice,and the horizontal elements of system function of teaching philosophy,teaching system,the resources of system（that is,teaching point system,teaching activity system and the teaching vector system）,vertical and horizontal cross-network of sub-system.These sub-systems and the internal structure of the operation and quality of teaching is to ensure that the premise.
