乳腺癌病人红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力及调节功能观察

摘　　要：目的：对乳腺癌病人红细胞免疫功能状态进行研究。方法：采用简单形态学方法检测３４例乳腺癌病人红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力及血清调节因子活性并与正常人相比较。结果：乳腺癌病人肿瘤红细胞花环率明显低于正常人［（２９．０１±６．２２）％，Ｐ＜０．０１］；血清Ｃ３ｂ受体花环抑制率高于正常人［（３６．５７±６．４５）％，Ｐ＜０．０１］；而血清Ｃ３ｂ受体花环促进率低于正常人［（４３．９４±６．３７）％，Ｐ＜０．０１］。结论：乳腺癌病人红细胞免疫粘附功能低下，调节功能紊乱。Objective:To reveal the changes of the RBC immune adherent function in patients with breast cancer Methods:Using simple morphologic methods, the erythrocyte adhering ability to tumor cells and the activity of serum modulating factors were determined in 34 patients with breast cancer The results were compared with the normal controls Results:In patients with breast cancer, the rosette rate of tumor RBC was significantly lower (29 01±6 22, P <0 01)than that in the normal controls The serum rosette forming inhibitory rate of RBC C 3b receptor(36 57±6 45, P <0 01) was higher than that in the normal controls, while the serum rosette forming enhancing rate of RBC C 3b receptor(43 94±6 37, P <0 01) was lower than that in the normal controls Conclusion:The immune adherent function of erythrocyte in the patients with breast cancer was decreased,and the modulating function unbalanced
