伽玛刀放疗前后胰腺癌患者血清CA19-9水平变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨通过检测伽玛刀立体定向放射治疗前后胰腺癌患者血清CA19-9水平变化评价胰腺癌放疗疗效及判断预后。方法 采集患者外周血用电化学发光法,测定40例放射治疗前后胰腺癌患者血清中CA19-9水平。结果治疗前胰腺癌患者血清CA19-9(128.06±82.46)U/ml,治疗后胰腺癌患者血清CA19-9(52.72±55.62)U/ml,治疗前后比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后完全缓解和部分缓解的患者其CA-199水平(35.43±18.22)U/ml,明显低于治疗后稳定甚至进展的患者的(71.55±63.28)U/ml(P<0.05)。结论血清CA19-9可作为胰腺癌诊断、疗效观察和判断预后的重要客观指标,伽马刀立体定向放射治疗能明显下调胰腺癌血清CA19-9水平。Objective To evaluate the effect of radiotherapy in the pancreatic carcinoma patients and their prognosis through detecting the changes of serum CA19-9 levels before and after gamma-knife stereotactic radiotherapy.Methods The serum CA19-9 levels in 40 pancreatic carcinoma patients before and after radiotherapy by means of elecctrochemiluminescence.Results There was significant difference（P〈0.05） in the serum CA19-9 levels between before and after radiotherapy（128.06±82.46 U/ml vs 52.72±55.62 U/ml）;After radiotherapy,the level of CA19-9 was significantly lower in patients who were complete remission and partial remission than in those who were stable and even progressive（P〈0.05,35.43±18.22 U/ml vs 71.55±63.28 U/ml）.Conclusion Serum CA19-9 can be an important objective indicator for the diagnosis,therapeutic effects observation and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma,stereotactic radiotherapy can lower the level of serum CA19-9 in pancreatic carcinoma patients.
