核转录因子-κBp65蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测胃不典型增生及胃癌组织中核转录因子-κBp65(NF-κBp65)蛋白的表达,探讨其与胃癌发生发展的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测63例胃癌、32例胃不典型增生及20例相对正常胃黏膜组织中NF-κBp65蛋白的表达情况。结果 NF-κBp65蛋白在正常胃黏膜、不典型增生及胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为5.00%、46.88%、74.60%,呈递增趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。63例胃癌中,NF-κBp65蛋白在低分化组、侵及浆膜层组及有淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率显著高于其在高中分化组、未侵及浆膜层组及无淋巴结转移组(89.66%vs.61.76%;86.49%vs.57.69%;84.62%vs.58.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 NF-κBp65的高表达与胃癌的发生、发展有关,此为胃癌的早期诊断及判断预后提供了理论依据。Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-κBp65（NF-κBp65） protein in human gastric dysplasia and gastric carcinoma tissue and to identify the clinical significance of NF-κBp65 expression.Methods NF-κBp65 protein was detected in 63 cases of gastric carcinoma（GC）,32 cases of gastric dysplasia and 20 cases of relatively normal gastric mucous（NGM） tissue specimens by using immunohistochemistry.Results There was a significantly much higher positive rate（74.60%） of NF-κBp65 protein in GC than in NGM（5.00%） and Dys tissues（46.88%）（P〈0.05）.The overexpression of NF-κBp65 protein in GC was correlated with histological grade,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overexpression of NF-κBp65 is related to the pathogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma,which suggests that the positive expression of NF-κBp65 may be of value in guiding clinical early diagnosis and judging the prognosis of gastric carcinoma
