高频超声在Mammotome旋切系统微创治疗乳腺良性肿块中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:总结高频超声在Mammotome旋切系统微创治疗乳腺良性肿块中的临床价值及应用经验。方法:对50例个经临床与超声诊断为乳腺良性肿块的女性患者,在高频超声引导下行Mammotome微创旋切治疗,对超声引导情况及旋切治疗效果进行评价。结果:高频超声清晰地显示了取样全过程,显示率100%。50例共83个乳腺肿块均完全切除。结论:高频超声在Mammotome旋切系统微创治疗乳腺良性肿块中具有操作简单、定位准确、无创伤等优点,能术前定位、术中引导监测、术后疗效评估,具有重要的临床价值。Objective：To summary the clinical value and experience of high frequency ultrasound in minimally invasive treatment of benign breast mass with Mammotome vacuum-assisted biopsy device and a stereotactic unit（MMT）.Methods： All 50 female patients with benign breast mass were treated by high frequency ultrasound guided MMT.The results of high frequency ultrasound guidance and treatment were evaluated.Results： High frequency ultrasound clearly showed the whole process of sampling.The needle position in 83 lesions of 50 patients was all visualized.Ultrasound showed that all the masses were completely removed with MMT.Conclusion： High frequency ultrasound as a mean to guide MMT in minimally invasive treatment of benign breast mass can locate masses before the operation,guide and monitor MMT in the operation and evaluate the effect after the operation.It is a simple,accurate and safe technique which has important clinical value.
