超声引导下经皮盐酸局部注射治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察超声引导下经皮盐酸局部注射治疗肝癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:20例原发性肝癌患者采用B超引导下局部注射6mmol/L稀盐酸,观察病灶原位灭活率、影像学、组织学改变、不良反应及生存率。结果:直径<3cm、3cm-5cm,>5cm肿瘤的治疗有效率分别为100%、88.9%、50%;半年生存率100%,1年生存率80%。主要副作用为局部疼痛、发热,无严重不良反应发生。结论:超声引导下经皮盐酸局部注射治疗原发性肝癌是一种安全、有效的治疗手段。Objective：To evaluate the effects and safety of ultrasonography mediated percutaneous hydrochioric acid injection threapy for primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods：Twenty patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated intratumor or injection of 6 mmol/L hydrochloric acid.The in situ destructive rate,imaging and histopathology evaluation,side effects and survival rate were observed.Results：The efficiency rates of tumor diameter ≤3cm,3cm-5cm,5cm were 100%,88.9%,50%,respectively.The overall survival rates at 6 mouths,1 year were 100%,80%,respectively.Complications included pain and fever,and no severe complication was found.Conclusion：The ultrasonography mediated percutaneous hydrochioric acid injection threapy is a effective and safe method for treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
