PTEN和STAT3在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源物基因(PTEN)和信号转导及转录激活因子3(STAT3)在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测PTEN和STAT3在68例结直肠癌组织及20例正常结直肠组织中的表达,并分析其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:68例结直肠癌组织中PTEN和STAT3阳性率分别为32.4%、60.3%,20例正常结直肠组织中分别为90.0%、0。二者的表达均与结直肠癌组织分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期有关(P<0.01),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。PTEN与STAT3表达阳性率之间呈明显负相关(P<O.05)。结论:结直肠癌中PTEN和STAT3表达可能成为判断肿瘤恶性程度、转移及预后的指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of PTEN and STAT3 in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods： Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PTEN and STAT3 proteins in 68 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal tissue.And to analyze their relationship with clinicopathological features.Results： The positive rates of PTEN and STAT3 expression were 32.4%,60.3%,in 68 cases of colorectal carcinoma,90.0% and 0 in 20 cases of normal colorectal tissue.The expression of the 2 proteins were correlated with histological type,depths of invasion,Dukes classification and lymph node metastasis（P0.01）,but no relationship with tumor size,sex and age.Moreover,there was a negative correlation between the expression of PTEN and STAT3（P0.05）.Conclusion： The expression of PTEN and STAT3 in colorectal carcinoma can be used as possible marker to judge the malignancy degree,metastasisand prognosis.
