摘　　要：目的:了解宫颈恶性肿瘤患者的发病及诊疗情况的变化。方法:对本科1994-2008年共计15年间宫颈恶性肿瘤患者资料及数据进行统计分析。结果:近年来宫颈恶性肿瘤发病趋于年轻化,早期发现的比例逐年升高,接受综合治疗的比例明显增高。结论:应完善和加强农村宫颈恶性肿瘤的筛查工作及加强卫生知识宣教,加强诊疗规范化的建设。Objective： To analyze the changes of onset,diagnose and treatment of cervical carcinoma.Methods：The clinical characteristics of 1352 patients with cervical carcinoma from January 1994 to December 2008 were retrospectively reviewed.Results： In recent years,cervical carcinoma tends to younger.The ratio of early stage increased.the ratio of combination treatments had significantly increased.Conclusion： We should strengthen cervical carcinoma screening in rural and strengthen health knowledge and standardized treatment.
