摘 要:目的研究反复熔铸对镍铬烤瓷合金表面粗糙度、表面自由能等表面性能的影响。方法在真空加压氩气保护条件下,将镍铬烤瓷合金分别经过1~5次熔铸制成方形试件,一面暴露作为测试面,其余表面用树脂包埋,测试面抛光成镜面,测量各试件的表面粗糙度和表面自由能,并确保各试件表面粗糙度无明显区别。然后浸泡于pH 6.8人工唾液中37℃保存3个月,浸泡后再测量各试件表面粗糙度及表面自由能。结果Ⅰ~Ⅴ代镍铬烤瓷合金表面粗糙度没有显著差异;Ⅰ、Ⅱ代镍铬烤瓷合金表面能没有显著差异,Ⅲ~Ⅴ代较Ⅰ代表面能增大并有显著意义。结论在氩气保护真空加压铸造环境中,在不添加新合金情况下,镍铬烤瓷合金经过2~5次熔铸后,表面粗糙度无明显增加,经2次熔铸合金表面自由能无明显差异,经过3~5次熔铸合金表面自由能显著增加。Objective To investigate the effect of recasting on surface roughness and surface free energy of a Nickel-Chromium ceramic alloys.Methods The rectangular specimens were fabricated by recasting Ni-Cr ceramic alloys successively for 1~5 times.Samples were embedded,with one surface exposing and polished.The surface roughness and surface free energy were tested,ensuring that there was no difference in surface roughness between each sample.The surface properties of samples were tested again after immersed for three months in Fusayama artificial saliva at 37℃ and pH 6.8.Results There were no statistical differences in the surface roughness of the nickel-chromium ceramic alloys from generation Ⅰ to Ⅴ.There appeared to be no statistical differences in the surface free energy between generation Ⅰ and Ⅱ.But compared with generation Ⅰ,the surface free energy of generation Ⅲ to Ⅴ increased statistically.Conclusion Under the circumstance of vacuum compressive casting with argon,there is no statistical increase in the surface roughness for all alloys and no difference for the surface free energy of alloys recast 2 times.But the surface free energy of alloys recast from 3 to 5 times increase statistically.
