湿性医疗技术与常规方法处置慢性肥厚性鼻炎激光术后创面效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较湿性医疗技术（MEBT／MEBO）和常规疗法处置慢性肥厚性鼻炎Nd：YAG激光术后创面的效果。方法将200例患者分为2组，于激光治疗术后分别应用湿润烧伤膏（MEBO处置，MEBO组）治疗101例和常规方法治疗（常规组）99例，对各组创面愈合过程与愈合情况进行临床比较。结果水肿反应消退时间：MEBO组为3d～5d，常规组为1W～2W；创面愈合时间：MEBO组为7d～10d，常规组为2W～4w；创面愈合情况：MEBO组创面愈合过程无痂壳形成，愈合后鼻甲黏膜红润，富有弹性，无瘢痕；常规组鼻甲黏膜色泽基本正常，有弹性，有少许瘢痕形成。结论用烧伤湿性医疗技术处置慢性肥厚性鼻炎激光术后创面，效果优于常规疗法。主要体现在水肿反应消退较快，创面愈合时间缩短，鼻黏膜结构恢复良好，愈合过程无结痂，愈合后无瘢痕形成。Objective To compare the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO and routine methods in treating post - operative wounds of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis laser （ Nd ： YAG） surgery. Methods A total of 200 hundred patients were divided into 2 groups, treated with MEBO （n = 101 ） and routine methods （n = 99） respectively. The healing process was compared between the two groups. Results Edema disappeared after 3 - 5 days and 1 - 2 weeks in the MEBO group and con- trol group respectively. The wound healing time was 7 -10 days and 2 -4 weeks in the MEBO group and control group respectively. No scar formation occurred and the turbinate mucosa was red, moist and elastic in MEBO - treated patients. But in patients after routine treatment, the turbinate mueosa was basically normal and elastic, with some scars formed. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is superior to routine methods in treating post - operative wounds of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis laser surgery, mainly featuring as quick cleating of edema, rapid healing of the wounds, well restoration of nasal mueosal structure and no scar formation.
