纵裂牙裂隙封闭效果的实验观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Cortisomol糊剂封闭纵裂牙折裂缝隙的封闭效果。方法:纳入44颗临床拔除的磨牙,沿根分叉将其纵向劈开。模拟临床用钢丝结扎固定后分为2组,实验组22颗牙用Cortisomol糊剂封闭折裂缝隙,对照组牙的裂缝不做任何封闭处理,1周后向全部牙的髓腔内滴入龙胆紫,暂封剂封闭髓腔。再过1周后拆除所有离体牙结扎钢丝,观察根分叉区着色情况。结果:实验组20颗牙根分叉处未见龙胆紫漏出着色,而对照组只有1颗未见龙胆紫着色(P≈0.000 1)。对照组的渗透率95.45%,实验组为9.09%。结论:使用Cortisomol糊剂封闭纵折裂牙的折裂缝隙能达到明显的封闭效果。Objective： To observe the effectiveness of the sealing ability of Cortisomol paste for cracks in vertical fractured teeth in vitro. Methods ：44 extracted human molar teeth were cracked in lengthway through the furcation of the tooth to simulate the vertical fractured tooth in clinic. They were all fixed with steel wire on the surface and then were randomly divided into two groups. In the test group （n = 22 ）. Cortisomol paste was extruded into the cracks of the teeth, the control teeth （n = 22 ） were not treated. 1 week after fixation, gentian violet was dripped into the cavity of all the teeth, and then the teeth were filled temporarily. Effusion of the vielet at the furcation of the teeth was observed 1 week after violet application. Results： The effusion rate in the control and test groups was 95.45% and 9.09% respectively（ P ≈0. 000 1 ）. Conclusion： Cortisomol paste is effective in the sealing of the crack in verticaly fractured teeth.
