摘　　要：高校去行政化源于高校权力失衡、行政权独揽和不断泛化,高校需要从政府行政和高校行政两方面去除泛化了和不应有的权力,还教师和大学生应有的权力和地位;要从转变思想观念、遵循教育规律、强化民主意识和重置三权格局入手,破除体制上的障碍,化解高校管理行政化的弊端,使高校管理实现理性复归。The de-administration in universities results from the power imbalance of university,the absolute dominance of executive power and continuous generalization.Universities need to remove both generalization and undue power from the government administration and the university administration,returning the due power and position to teachers and students;get rid of institutional barriers and resolve the shortcomings of administrativization in the management of university from changing ideas,following the educational law of education,strengthening democratic awareness and resetting the three-right pattern so as to achieve the rational reversion in the management of university.
