摘　　要：利用低温等离子复合技术在坡莫合金等软磁材料表面淀积Ａ１２Ｏ３膜，对其性能进行测试，并研究了在磁头芯片表面形成优良的绝缘膜的应用情况。The technology of Al_2O_3 films on permalloy and other magnetically soft materials wasdeposited by low-temperature plasama multiple technology deposition. Properties of Al2O3 filmsand applications of the insulating films to magnetic head lamination were investigated.
