摘　　要：随着信息社会化的发展,不仅使图书馆工作内容和服务方式发生了重大变化,图书馆学专业人才的培养也在发生着巨大的变化,特别是对公共图书馆人才培养的要求在不断地提高。文章在阐述了吉林省公共图书馆人才培养所处的新环境和新问题后,提出了新时期公共图书馆人才培养的模式,分析了高校图书馆在此过程中应发挥的作用。With the development of the socialization of information, the working contents and service styles have taken great changes, and so has the personnel training, especially the talents training for public libraries. After analyzing the new environment and new issues of the public libraries in Jilin Province, the paper proposes a new mode for talents training and discusses the roles that the university libraries should play in the training.
