摘　　要：高校思想政治教师是高校教师队伍的一支重要力量,承担着高校学生的思想政治工作,其素质和能力的高低决定着学生思想政治工作的开展和水平。因此,加强高校思想政治教师队伍素质建设势在必行。Ideological and political teacher is an important part of college staff, they are bearing the ideological and political work of the college students, their quality and teaching ability decides the students＇ ideological and political level. Strengthening the ideological and political teachers quality construction is imperative.
