摘　　要：教师威信的基本条件是由教师高尚的思想品质、较高的专业品质、良好的心理品质形成的。教师威信的必要条件是由教师良好的仪表、生活作风和行为习惯、良好的第一印象形成的。做到教师威信形成的基本条件和必要条件的要求,才能形成教师威信,才能对学生智力学习效果、情感体验、道德行为及其营造课堂氛围产生教育作用。The basic conditions of teachers prestige form from magnificent thought,higher professional level and healthy mental character.The essential conditions of teachers prestige form from the excellence of appearance,life style,behavior habit and first impression.The teachers should attain the request of the basic and essential conditions that form teachers prestige.If the teachers attains the above-mentioned requests,he can set up the teachers prestige and exert an educational effect on the students intellective study,emotional experience,moral behavior and the atmosphere of the classroom.
