摘　　要：高素质技能型人才的缺失已成为制约制造业发展的"瓶颈"。为了培养社会和企业需求的数控技术专业技能型人才,对数控技术专业课程如何改革作了深入的思考和有效的探索,优化核心课程与训练项目的教学过程,双师型教师任教核心课程,并加强专业学术交流,课程改革要与教学质量评价方法的改革相结合。The decrease of high quality and excellence technique talents became the bottleneck of the manufacturing development.In order to train the numerical control artificer to meet the demand of society and enterprise,many methods was put forward,such as carrying out thorough consider and effective research on the innovation of technical specialized course,optimizing core course and train item,teaching key courses by double quality teacher,strengthening scholarly communication,combining the innovation of course and assessment method on teaching quality,and so on.
