甲状腺腺瘤的螺旋CT诊断(附120例临床分析)

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺腺瘤(thyroid adenoma,TA)的螺旋CT表现特点。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的120例甲状腺腺瘤的CT表现。结果 120例甲状腺腺瘤中,男12例,女108例。平均年龄38.5岁。病灶单发84例,多发36例,病灶均呈圆形或类圆形,CT平扫呈均匀低密度,边缘光滑境界清楚88例,伴囊变或坏死内见更低密度32例。肿瘤内钙化32例。增强CT扫描呈轻度强化,包膜完整,囊变或坏死呈更低密度无强化。结论甲状腺腺瘤CT表现多较典型,多数能够明确诊断。【Objective】 To investigate the CT manifestations of thyroid adenoma.【Methods】 CT manifestations of thyroid adenoma proved by operation and pathology in 120 cases were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】 of 120 cases,12 cases were male and 108 cases were female,the average age was 38.5 years old.There were single focus in 88 and multiple focus in 32,All lesions were round or round-like.The lesions were homogeneous low density with smooth clear edges on plain CT scans.32 cases showed calcification in tumor,32 cases shows cystic-like area or necrosis.All cases had slight enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT scans.【Conclusion】 CT manifestations of thyroid adenoma are mostly typical,most of which can be correctly diagnosed.
