摘　　要：电子商务是近几年随着信息化和网络化的发展而产生的,本文通过对电子商务环境下的ERP管理模式与传统企业商务模式的对比分析,指明现有ERP软件的问题与不足,并最后提出了ERP软件的改进和发展方向。With the development of information and internet,Electronic commerce comes into being;business of many company is going by Electronic Commerce.This article will talk about deference of Finance model under electronic commerce and traditional enterprise management model,and point out shortcoming of ERP software;at last,put forward available protection and development tendency of ERP software.
