摘 要:在同一施肥水平下研究31个糯玉米品种磷素吸收利用的基因型差异,分析糯玉米的磷素吸收利用特性。结果表明,生产鲜穗、鲜子粒和成熟子粒糯玉米的磷素利用效率品种间变异范围分别为193.95~342.25 kg/kg、127.35~219.76 kg/kg和96.55~181.61 kg/kg。聚类分析表明,无论其收获产品是鲜穗、鲜子粒还是成熟子粒,属于高产、磷素高效吸收利用的品种有2个,其100 kg鲜穗、鲜子粒及成熟子粒需磷量平均值分别为0.359、0.510、0.656 kg。通径分析表明,提高品种鲜穗和鲜子粒产量,改良吸磷总量起主导作用;提高成熟期子粒产量,改良吸磷总量和磷素利用效率并重。Thirty-one waxy corn (Zea mays L. ceratina Kulesh) varieties were planted to analyze their genotype differences of PUE in the same fertilization condition. The results showed that the PUE variation of fresh ear, fresh grain and maturity grain among varieties were 193.95 - 342.25 kg/kg, 127.35 - 219.76 kg/kg and 96.55 - 181.61 kg/kg, respectively. Through cluster analysis, 2 varieties of Fengnuo 2146 and Jingkenuo 267 were regarded as high yield and high PUE, as for fresh ear, fresh grain or maturity grain of the produce. In addition, the average P absorption per 100 kg fresh ear, fresh grain and maturity grain was 0.359, 0.510 and 0.656 kg, respectively. Through path analysis, it was found that the total P had a dominant effect on fresh ear yield and fresh grain yield, and the total P and PUE had an approximate effect on maturity grain yield.
