摘　　要：农村大学生的思想观念、心理素质、思维方式和价值取向有其鲜明特点。文章从分析了解农村学生的行为特点入手,提出了尊重学生人格独立和个人尊严,采用人性化管理的建议,使农村大学生能保持舒畅的心情,保持学习的热情,保持不断地开拓和创新的激情,全方位提高的职业素质。The college students from countryside has bright characteristics,as in the though concept, mental qualities,ways of thinking and value orientation. This article put forward some proposals such as respecting students＇ independent character and in- dividual dignity ,taking humanistic management after analyzing and learning the behavior characteristic of college students from countryside. Such proposals can keep the college students from countryside feel happy and keep their enthusiasm for studing ,also can make them keeping the passion of innovation to advance their all-round professional quali.
