摘　　要：软件产业是国家鼓励发展的朝阳产业,在软件产业迅速发展的今天,人才问题一直都是最主要的。本文根据河南省软件学院的现状,结合河南大学软件学院的实际,提出了一种新的人才培养模式,并在教学改革的过程中实践和不断更新,已经取得了显著的成果。The software industry is a sunrise industry that the country encourage it to develop, in nowadays, software talent is the most important. This paper base on the situation of Henan Software College, combine with its actual, raises a new kind of talent training mode, and continuous renew in the teaching reform practice, it got some effect.
