摘　　要：期刊阅览室是高校图书馆的重要组成部分之一。期刊管理与利用的水平高低,直接影响着图书馆功能的发挥。因此,如何有效管理和利用好高校图书馆的期刊资源,是图书馆需要面对和解决好的重要问题。文章从信息时代的期刊管理和树立服务至上的理念两个方面出发就如何有效管理和利用好高校图书馆的期刊资源做了简要分析和阐述。The University Library Periodical Reading Room is an important part of one. Journal of the level of management and use of a direct impact on the library functions of the play. Therefore, how to effectively manage and make good use of library re- sources, periodicals, the library need to confront and solve the important issues well. Journal article from the information age and establish service-oriented management philosophy both starting on the effective management and use of good university library journals resources to do a brief analysis and elaboration.
