内镜置入支架并腔内单程照射治疗晚期食管癌狭窄

摘　　要：目的　探索治疗晚期食管癌狭窄的介入治疗方法。方法　对２８ 例失去手术和外放疗机会或拒绝手术及外放疗的晚期食管癌狭窄患者，采用内镜放置钛镍网状记忆合金支架、囊装１３１ Ｉ液态放射源腔内单程持续１０ 天照射、局部给药抗炎、止痛、增敏及中药扶正四联方法，进行综合治疗。结果　解除梗阻有效率 １００％ ，疗效稳定期平均１０ 个月，患者生存时间平均１６ 个月。结论　该综合治疗方法简便、安全、疗程短，可显著改善患者生存质量，延长生存时间。Objective Temporary relief of malignant esophageal stricture due to late stage cancer with endoscopic intervention and irradiation was attempted.Methods 28 patients with such stricture subjected to the trial,receiving implantation of self expanding nitinol stent and intracavitary 131 I teletherapy over the lesion for 10 days associated with local administration of herbal medecines. Results The malignant dysphagia was immediately palliated in 100 pet cent of cases with symptom free for 10 months and survival for 16 months in average.Conclusion This combined therapy resulted in marked improvement of patient's living quality and life span with simplicity and security.
