外伤性白内障后囊破损后房型人工晶状体植入

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性白内障后囊破损能否植入后房型人工晶状体。方法对34例晶状体后囊破裂外伤性白内障，利用残余后、前囊为依托行后房型人工晶状体植入术。结果随访3～17月。34例均未出现明显的并发症，矫正视力≥0．5者28眼占82％，0．1～0．45眼占14.7％，0．051眼。经用Purkinje法检测，其偏心、倾斜与常规手术无明显差别。结论外伤性白内障后囊破损后可以植入后房人工晶状体。Objective To clinically investigate whether posterior chamber type IOL can be implanted in traumatic cataract with ruptured posterior capsule.Methods By using the residual posterior and anterior capsule as a mat, the posterior chamber type IOL implantation was carried out in 34 cases.Results After surgery the following-up survey for 3 to 17 months,distinct complication wasn't fond in all the 34 cases.The post operative corrective visual acuity ≥0.5 in 28 cases(82% ),0. 1 ~ 0.4 in 5 cases, 0.05 in one case. After the examination of purkinje,its decen tration and inclination are not disinct different from routine cataract ex traction and posterior chamber type IOL implantation.Conclusion the results indicate that posterior chamber IOL can be implanted after poste rior capsular injury of traumatic cataract.
