胃癌p53、bcl-2、PCNA的表达与S-100阳性树状细胞浸润率的同步检测

摘  要:目的:分析癌基因、相关活性分子与机体对肿瘤的免疫反应在胃癌中的变化规律和相互联系。方法:应用免疫组化( L S A B)法对 46 例胃癌进行了 p53、bcl2、增殖细胞核抗原( P C N A)的表达与 S100 阳性树状细胞( S100 + D C)浸润率的研究。结果:(1)46 例胃癌p53、bcl2、 P C N A 的表达阳性率与 S100+ D C浸润率分别为 56.5% 、28.2% 、58.7% 和58.7% 。p53 在高分化胃癌中阳性率低于中、低分化胃癌( P< 0.05)。bcl2 表达阳性率最低,且仅有13 例出现个别阳性细胞表达,可能与胃癌浸润深度有关。 P C N A 的表达与浸润深度有关( P< 0.05)。(2)p53 与 P C N A 在胃癌中的表达互相独立。(3)p53、bcl2、 P C N A 的表达与 S100+ D C浸润率之间无相关性。结论:胃癌的发展中存在多种癌基因及相关活性分子的相应变化,同时伴有机体局部抗肿瘤免疫的不同反应。Objective: The changing process and relationship were studied between the tumor related genes and organic immunity in gastric carcinoma(GC). Methods: The expressions of p53 protein、bcl 2、PCNA and the infiltrating of S 100 +DC in 46 cases of gastric cancer were studied.Specimens were examined by means of LSAB technique. Results: (1) The positive rate of p53 protein、bcl 2、PCNA expressions and infiltrating rate of S 100 +DC was 56.5%,28.2%,58.7% and 58.7%, respectively. p53 protein positive frequence in high grade GC revealed lower than that of middle and low grade. The expression of PCNA correlated with the depth of infiltration. The expression of bcl 2 positive cells was found only in a few tumors. It seemed related to the depth of infiltration of GC. (2) No correlation was found between the expression of PCNA and p53 protein (3) No correlation was also found between the expresion of p53 protein,bcl 2、PCNA and infiltration of S 100 +DC. Conclusions: The results suggested that some genes abnormalites may be involved in the process of gastrocarcinogenesis. Intiltrating of S 100 +DC might play an important role in antitumor immunological response.
