四处砖石类文物的杀菌与封护

摘　　要：本文选取宝鸡麟游慈善寺、吉林集安高句丽将军坟、澳门郑家大屋、重庆大足石刻四处露天砖石类文物,对其表面的菌种群落进行了分离、鉴定、抑菌并封护。分离菌种采用混合孢子悬液稀释法。丝状真菌的群体形态即菌落的特征,是鉴别它们的一项重要依据,采用点培养和载玻片培养联合观察鉴定法。1.菌类的分离与鉴定分离出的菌种以青霉菌（霉菌）、曲霉菌（霉菌）;酵母菌（真菌）、木霉菌（真菌）为主。This article chooses brick and stone cultural heritage in four moisture circumstances as the inspection targets.In order to choose one composite fungicide which can prevent biodeterioration,the growth of microorganisms from these areas were identified,We conduct the experiment of Zones of inhibition and propose conservation methods for stone cultural heritage in cooperation with biological cleaning and consolidation.
