海南黎族儿童青少年生长发育特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解海南省黎族儿童青少年生长发育特征,为制定有针对性的营养干预方案提供依据。方法 2010年1-6月采用分层整群抽样方法抽查五指山、白沙、陵水、乐东、昌江5个市县3 023名7-19岁黎族儿童青少年,进行身高、体重、胸围等生长发育指标测定和结果分析。结果海南省黎族儿童青少年身高、体重、胸围在7-17岁呈逐年增长趋势,黎族男生13-14岁年龄段身高、体重、胸围增长最快,黎族女生9-10岁年龄段身高、胸围增长最快;海南黎族学生身高、体重、胸围生长水平明显低于同性别、同年龄汉族乡村学生;其中13岁组黎族男生身高、体重、胸围与汉族乡村男生差距最大,分别相差12.08 cm、10.67 kg、6.38 cm;13岁组黎族女生身高、体重与汉族乡村女生差距最大,分别相差10.83 cm、11.21 kg,14岁组黎族女生胸围与汉族乡村女生差距最大,相差6.40 cm。结论海南黎族儿童青少年生长发育水平低,加强黎族儿童青少年的营养知识教育宣传和生长发育期的营养干预,以达到提高黎族儿童青少年整体素质的目的 。Objective To study the characteristics of physical growth and development of Li children and adolescents in Hainan province and to provide evidence for nutritional intervention.Methods Through January to June 2010,3 023 Li children at age of 7-19 years living in Wuzhishan,Baisha,Lingshui,Ledong,and Changjiang city or county were selected with stratified random cluster sampling and their height,weight,chest circumference and other indicators of growth and development were measured and analyzed.Results The height,weight,and chest circumference of the Li children showed increasing trends in the period of 7-17 years old and increased fast between the age of 13 to 14 years for male and the age of 9-10 for female.Height,weight,and chest circumference of Li children were significantly lower than those of the rural Han students of same gender,especially for the Li children of 13 years old.Conclusion Low level of physical growth and development exists in Li children indicating that the nutrition status of the children should be improved.
