摘　　要：公共图书馆的生存、发展与社会治理模式之间有着密切的关系。当前我国正处于从管理型社会治理模式向服务型社会治理模式转变时期,公共图书馆要抓住这一历史机遇,实现公共图书馆发展方式的转变,其中包括推动公共图书馆民主管理,走公共图书馆资源配置多元化的道路,强化职业自主意识和自主权力等。Public Library of survival,development,governance and society have a close relationship between.At present China is in the governance model from a management-oriented society to a service-oriented society during the transition governance,public libraries should seize this historic opportunity to achieve change in the pattern of public library development,including the promotion of democratic management of public libraries,to go public Library resources path diversity,and strengthen professional self-awareness and self-powers.15refs.
