摘　　要：目的探讨提高护士人文关怀能力的有效途径。方法选取某大学附属医院在岗护士,对其进行人文关怀知识和技能培训;医院增设人文关怀制度以规范其行为。结果护士的关怀能力得以提高,改善了护理服务,提高了患者的满意度。结论对临床护士人文关怀知识和技能的培训,以及增设人文关怀制度,能够增强护士的关怀能力,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study an affective way to improve the ability of nurses in humanistic caring. Method The nurses who were in clinical job were trained on the knowledge and skills of humanistic caring in an affiliated hospital,and the hospital opened up the systems on humanistic caring to standardize nurses＇ behavior. Results The nurses＇humanistic caring ability was promoted,nursing service was improved,and patients＇ degree of satisfaction was raised to 97%. Conclusion Humanistic caring knowledge and practical skills training and humanistic caring regulations in addition for nurses can promote the humanistic caring ability,and raise the patients＇ degree of satisfaction.
