摘 要:以马铃薯品种紫花白为试验材料,研究旱作地区施肥对马铃薯铜素营养和生产效果的影响。结果表明:施用有机肥和氮磷化肥显著增加了马铃薯各器官铜含量和全株铜素累积吸收量,促进了铜素从叶茎向块茎转移,二者配施对铜素吸收有正交互效应。每生产1 000kg块茎,平均吸收铜(Cu)3.28g。施肥提高了马铃薯产量和商品等级,增加了块茎淀粉和粗蛋白含量。A field experiment was conducted to investigate effects of fertilization on copper uptake and distribution in the potato variety "Zihuabai".The results showed that the application of manure,N and P fertilizers increased copper content in various organs and accumulative uptake in the whole plant obviously.Combined application had a positive interaction effect on Cu absorption.Fertilization benefited the transfer of Cu to tuber.The amount of Cu needed to produce 1000 kg tubes was 3.28 g.It was proved that fertilization increased yield and tuber rank and improved the content of starch and protein.
