摘　　要：高效的知识转移是企业获取竞争优势的重要来源。文章以移动知识管理为视角,分析知识转移的原因、实质、特征,深入研究并构建了移动工作中的知识转移基因模型,为企业知识管理提供参考。High-efficiency knowledge transfer is an important source for enterprises to win competitive advantages. From the perspective of mobile knowledge management, this article analyzes the cause, essence and characteristics of knowledge transfer, and probes into and constructs a model of knowledge transfer gene in mobile service, which can be used for reference in enterprise knowledge management.
