摘　　要：从参考咨询服务的发展和演变出发,对国内大学图书馆参考咨询服务现状进行调研,着重介绍了复旦大学图书馆参考咨询服务方式、基本原则、咨询管理信息系统的应用和功能。通过本馆参考咨询服务的实践,进一步探讨了咨询服务的重要性和意义。Based on the development and evolution of reference service,this paper investigates and studies the present situation of reference service in Chinese academic libraries.Mainly introduces the reference service in Fudan Library,including methods of reference service、the basic principle、the application and function of the reference management system.Through our practice,it then discusses the importance and significance of reference service.
