摘  要:[目的]比较分析枸杞果柄不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性,并测定其黄酮含量。[方法]利用比色法测定枸杞果柄不同溶剂提取物中的总黄酮含量,利用二苯代苦肼基自由基体系(DPPH)对枸杞果柄不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性进行评价。[结果]枸杞果柄各提取部位均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中正丁醇提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力最强,与Vc的清除能力相比没有显著性差异;正丁醇提取物的总黄酮含量显著高于其他提取部位,达到61.26 mg/g。[结论]枸杞果柄的抗氧化活性与其所含的黄酮含量高低有关。[Objective] To analyze the in vitro antioxidant activities of fruit pedicels extracts from Lycium barbarum L.by different solvents,and to determine the contents of total flavonoids.[Method] By employing colorimetric method,contents of total flavonoids in different extracts were determined.The free radical scavenging activity of each extract was measured by DPPH method.[Result] Different extract fractions of fruit pedicels from Lycium barbarum L.were provided with DPPH free radical scavenging activities,of which the n-butanol extracts were the highest in scavenging activities and showed no significant differences to Vc.In addition,total flavonoids content of n-butanol extracts was significantly higher than that of others,which reaches as high as 61.26 mg/g.[Conclusion]The antioxidant activity of fruit pedicels extracts from Lycium barbarum L.was related to the content of total flavonoids in it.
