摘 要:对现有农药进行结构修饰及制备光学纯的手性农药是当前农药研究开发的重要内容,其中常涉及很多高选择性反应步骤,采用传统化学方法往往操作复杂、成本高并可能造成环境污染。生物催化具有反应条件温和、高效、高选择性及低污染等优点,成为化学催化的重要补充。近年来,生物催化在农药合成中的应用日益受到关注。介绍了生物催化在农药分子的选择性结构修饰及手性农药去消旋化等方面的研究及应用情况。Structural modification of existing pesticides and preparation of optically pure chiral pesticides are important part of current pesticides research and development,which often involves many highly selective steps,while the traditional way has the defects of complicated process,high cost as well as environmental pollution problems.Biocatalysis has been a viable alternative to chemical catalysis due to the propensity to operate at moderate conditions,high selectivity and catalytic efficiency,as well as low environmental pollution.Particularly,the application of biocatalysts to the synthesis of pesticide has grown rapidly in recent years.The research and application of biocatalysis to the selectively structural modification of pesticide and deracemization of chiral pesticide was introduced.
