摘 要:[目的]研究三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)对日本青鳉胚胎发育的致死和亚致死毒性效应。[方法]用TMP溶液对日本青鳉胚胎的发育过程进行暴露,选取暴露的TMP质量浓度分别为5、10、20、40、80 g/L,采取半静态的暴露方式,连续10 d进行观察。[结果]TMP对日本青鳉胚胎10 d的LC50值为48.59 g/L,TMP质量浓度大于10 g/L时会引起胚胎抽搐症状,大于20 g/L会导致胚胎的卵黄囊肿以及淤血现象,大于80 g/L时会导致胚胎10 d内全部死亡。[结论]处理组的胚胎发育指标与对照组的指标相比有差异显著性,不同质量浓度组之间的指标也存在差异显著性,高质量浓度的TMP溶液对日本青鳉胚胎的发育存在毒性效应。The purpose is to study the lethal and sub-lethal toxicity of trimethylolpropane(TMP) on Japanese medaka embryo.[Methods] Japanese medaka embryo was exposed to the selected TMP with concentrations of 5,10,20,40,80 g/L.The semi-static mode of exposure was employed for continuous 10 days with observation.[Results] The result showed that LC50 of the toxicity of TMP on Japanese medaka embryo was 48.59 g/L after ten days,and the embryo appeared coagulated eggs when TMP concentration was above 10 g/L,and the embryo appeared yolk cyst and congestion when TMP concentration was above 20 g/L,and the embryos were all dead in ten days when TMP concentration was above 80 g/L.[Conclusions] There is significant difference between treatments and control about embryonic development indicators,and there is also significant difference between treatments and control about different concentration indicators.As a result,TMP solutions of high concentrations may have toxic effect on the Japanese medaka embryo.
