2001-2008年广东省疾控中心开展继续教育项目分析

摘　　要：目的分析2001-2008年广东省疾控中心开展国家级和省级继续医学教育项目培训班情况。方法收集2001-2008年举办继续医学教育项目培训班资料和各年全省市县级疾控中心人员情况,用Excel和SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 2001-2008年,共获继续医学教育项目立项165项,按期完成155项,完成率为93.9%。其中,国家级项目27项,完成率为96.3%;省级138项,完成率为93.5%。举办培训班175期,其中国家级项目29期,省级146期,年平均22期。共培训18 056人次,年平均2 257人次;合计5 899学时,年平均737.4学时;共提供Ⅰ类学分972分,年平均121.5分。培训内容以传染病预防控制、突发公共卫生事件应急处理和病原微生物检验技术为主。结论继续医学教育项目执行率高,培训内容重点突出,培训对象针对性强;在人才培养和学科建设方面发挥了重要作用。Objective To analyze the Continuing Medical Education（CME） projects of both national and provincial levels conducted by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Guangdong Province in 2001 to 2008.Methods The data of the CME projects and the personnel of the CDCs on municipal and county’s level from 2001 to 2008 were collected,and analyzed with Excel and SPSS.Results A total of 165 CME projects were approved and 155 projects were accomplished on schedule with a completion rate of 93.9% in 2001 to 2008,including 27 national-level projects with a completion rate of 96.3%,and 138 provincial-level projects with a completion rate of 93.5%.175 training workshops were held,including 29 national-level workshops and 146 provincial-level workshops,and the annual average of workshops held is 22.A total of 18 056 persons were trained with an average of 2 257 per year;a total of 5 899 class hours were provided with an average of 737.4 class hours per year;a total of 972 class-Ⅰcredits were issued with an annual average of 121.5 credits.The trainings prioritized the prevention and control of infectious disease,public health emergency response and testing technologies for pathogenic microorganisms.Conclusion CME projects were effectively implemented in the CDC with focused training contents and well-targeted training objectives.They had played an important role in staff training and discipline development.
