肾透明细胞癌中MMP-10的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨MMP-10在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化的方法测定112例肾透明细胞癌组织中MMP-10的表达,通过计算机辅助图像分析系统进行分析,MMP-10表达和临床病理特征、不同的参数之间的关系用单变量和多变量分析。结果:MMP-10主要在癌细胞胞浆内表达,53例(47.3%)CCRCCs MMP-10阳性。MMP-10表达与pT分期(P=0.004 1)和核分级(P<0.001)相关,多变量分析显示MMP-10表达在高pT分期是一个重要和独立的因素。结论:MMP-10表达与pT分期和核分级有关,表明其在肿瘤侵袭中起重要作用。Objective： To evaluate the expression patterns of MMP-10 in clear cell renal cell carcinoma（CCRCC） and to investigate its clinical significance.Methods： We analyzed MMP-10 expression by immunohistochemistry in 112 patients of CCRCC who underwent radical surgery.The relationships between MMP-10 expression and clinicopathologic features and various parameters were determined by univariate and multivariate analyses.Results： MMP-10 expression was mainly observed in cancer cell cytoplasm,and 53（47.3%） CCRCC were MMP-10 positive.MMP-10 expression was significantly associated with pT stage（P=0.004 1） and high nuclear grade（P〈0.001）.Multivariate analysis revealed that MMP-10 expression was a significant and independent factor for high pT stage.Conclusion： MMP-10 expression was associated with high nuclear grade and pT,which can provide new useful therapeutic target to prevent CCRCC tumour progression.
