加减半夏泻心汤治疗脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减半夏泻心汤治疗脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎60例临床效果。方法:将120例门诊及住院的脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎病例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组60例以加减半夏泻心汤为基本方加减治疗;对照组60例以常规口服三九胃泰。两组同服1个月,参照判定标准,比较治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.70%。对照组总有效率为85.00%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组在改善胃痛、脘腹胀满、嗳气反酸和大便稀溏方面,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加减半夏泻心汤用于脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎疗效显著,积极推广中医药治疗慢性胃炎前景广阔。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating 60 cases of Pixu Shire type gastritis with Banxia Xiexin decoction- Methods： 120 cases of outpatients and inpatients with Pixu Shire syndrome chronic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment and control group- 60 cases in treatment group were treated by Banxia Xiexin decoction, 60 patients in control group were treated by Sanjiu Weitai- After 1 month treatment, to compare treatment effects, Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 96-70%- The total effective rate of control group was 85-00%- The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0-01）- After treatment, there were significant differences between two groups on improving stomach pain, abdominal distention, belching acid reflux and loose stool （P〈0-01）- Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin decoction had significant effect to treat Pixu Shire type chronic gastritis- TCM have broad prospects in the treatment of chronic gastritis-
