自拟胃炎灵治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胃炎灵治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择临床确诊的慢性浅表性胃炎160例,采用随机对照方法,分为胃炎灵治疗组和奥美拉唑阿莫西林甲硝唑和枸椽酸钾对照组治疗,每组各80例,疗程4周。结果:胃炎灵治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为81.25%,疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胃炎灵对慢性浅表性胃炎有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Weiyanling treating chronic superficial gastritis. Methods： selecting 160 cases of clinically diagnosed chronic superficial gastritis, applying randomized controlled method to divided them into Weiyanling treatment group and omeprazole metronidazole and amoxicillin potassium citrate in the control group, 80 patients in each group for 4 weeks. Results： The total efficacy rate of Weiyanling treatment group was 93.75%, the total efficacy rate of control group was 81.25%. Their efficacy had obviously difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There was better effect that Weiyanling treating chronic superficial gastritis.
