试论魏晋南北朝太常职掌及其演变

摘　　要：对魏晋南北朝这一时期太常职掌的不变与变展开论述,认为太常作为国家中央官制体系中的重要职官,列于九卿之首,魏晋南北朝时期太常系统比较稳定,具体行政上基本沿袭两汉之旧,这大概是因为太常在这个时期不是实权部门的缘故。This paper analyzes Tai Chang＇s（an official position） duties and its evolution in the Wei,Jin,and Southern Northern Dynasties.Findings reveal that Tai Chang was listed in the first in the central official system.Meanwhile,the administrative management system of Tai Chang followed the system of Han dynasty and it was stable,it might be due to the fact that Tai Chang was not a powerful department.
